Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICB invites you to a Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Innovation Demonstration Day featuring IEG4 on 21st November, 10:00 – 14:30 at Sixways Stadium, Worcester WR3 8ZE.
Hosted by Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICB and West Midlands Health and Wellbeing Innovation Network.
The event will feature the outputs from WMHWIN’s collaboration with Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICB CHC team following their recent Innovation Programme focussing on improving elements of the CHC experience.
This journey has been co-created by leading technology innovators within the healthcare sector who will be on hand to answer your questions and discuss any future needs.
Stakeholders from Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICB are also available to share their experiences of the innovation journey and provide insight into the demonstration.
