Surrey County Council has signed with IEG4 to provide their Complete Blue Badge Case Management System. IEG4’s powerful end to end digital service will efficiently manage all Blue Badge processes at  the largest Blue Badge issuing authority. This significant collaboration is in response to the changes with the National Blue Badge System coming into force in February 2019.

Taxi Driver/Vehicle Licence administration is complex and made up of many paper-based manual processes. IEG4 has collaborated with one of its customer sites to create a set of intelligent digital services for Taxi Licensing. Register for a webinar here.

NHS Continuing Healthcare is a package of care arranged and funded by the NHS for people who are assessed as having significant ongoing healthcare needs.

But the process, in the past at least, has been largely paper-based with the assessments typically completed manually by health and social care professionals across multiple departments and organisations. The documents supporting a single case can run to hundreds of pages, including several copies and numerous stakeholder touch points.

Five Cheshire and Wirral CCGs, in collaboration with supplier IEG4, have developed the Continuing Healthcare end to end digital solution (CHC2DST) to deliver efficiencies and ultimately improve patient care.
